  • Develop early costing information -  alongside expert project managers and quantity surveyors, ensuring the vision aligns with your budget.

  • Planning pre-applications - alongside specialist planning consultants

  • Full planning application documents, listed building applications, building control documents and any other reports necessary to ensure you receive the required approvals to allow us to deliver our design.

  • Detailed drawing packs, working alongside a team of specialists, including structural engineers, M&E consultants, furniture makers and material innovators.

  • Full Tender + Construction drawing packs, coorindated with all specialists' drawing packs and assist a project manager in tendering your project.

  • Ensure the design meets your budget expectations - working closely with our clients and wider team. Our expertise will recognise when there is nothing more to add or take away.

  • Our team are hands-on; we are on-site regularly, liaising with contractors and specialists to deliver your project.

  • Handover projects on completion with snagging reports and ongoing support.

INTERIORS

  • Full interior design service from concept to delivery, installation and styling for all our architecture clients.

  • Furniture and lighting intents, sourcing, collaborating, designing and making, where every component is considered against the wider intent.
