This design was a close collaboration between the wonderfully talented Red Deer Architects and the clients which resulted in an interior reminiscent of an old european socialites well loved manor house. We wanted to move away from the distressed industrial interiors which followed the design of riding house cafe and create a space which was full of light but still relaxed and inviting. The greenhouse space transformed a dark back alley bin store into a wonderful, sunlit dining room. Bourne & Hollingsworth
